BARC works with the Athens County Dog Shelter and Friends of the Shelter Dogs to bring behavioral science and compassion to dogs that need it the most. BARC provides behavioral consults, enrichment for the shelter dogs, and training and respite care for dogs who need a break from the shelter environment. They also offer follow-up consults for doings adopted from the shelter to ensure their adoptions are life-long. Click below to learn more.
